Abdul Wahab Bin Abas

Managing Director

Mr. Abdul Wahab Bin Abas was born in Hutan Melintang, Teluk Intan, Perak in 1957. He started his career with the Royal Malaysian Police Force in 1978 until 2017. With almost 40 years of service in Royal Malaysian Police Force, his last post was Chief of Melang's Station in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan.

After pension with Royal Malaysian Police Force, he started his new business venture with a few organization. One of it is Yushab Ent., the core business of Yushab Ent. are packing, supplying and providing transportation throughout peninsular Malaysia. He also involve with Peking Group for supplying and providing transportation. Currently, He is also a partner with Chang Loong Transport Sdn Bhd, supplying and delivering concrete mixer lorry to vendor. His latest business venture is W&I Resources, the business nature of W&I Resources are contractor for maintenance.

Mr. Abdul Wahab Bin Abas was appointed as Managing Director of The Ecohaus Sdn Bhd in 7th February 2018.

Rozzana Binti Zubir

Company Director

Puan Rozzana Binti Zubir being appointed as the first Director of The Ecohaus Sdn Bhd on 7th February 2018. She was the Director of WRWI Event Management Sdn Bhd in 2015 - 2016, the core business venture of WRWI Event Management Sdn Bhd was mainly organizing a golf tournament in Perak's State. She has various years of experience in administrating as well as management an organization. As the company director of The Ecohaus Sdn Bhd, she oversee and responsible for administration and human capital of the company to run effectively and efficiently with due diligent.

She actively involve in charity and NGO's Club and society namely Extreme Sunway Ladies Group and Kelab Bakti Gunung Keledang Ladies.

Dato' Ar. Haji Mohtar Bin Haji Rahmad

Executive Director

Dato’ Ar. Haji Mohtar Bin Haji Rahmad studied at the University of Technology Malaysia and graduated in Diploma in Architecture in 1978 then to Institute Technology Mara, School of Architecture and graduated in Bachelor in Architecture in 1984 and continue his MBA at University of Malaya and graduated in 1996. He joined LEMBAGA LETRIK NEGARA in 1978 as Technical Assistant. In 1990 the National Electricity Board name was changed to TENAGA NASIONAL BERHAD a government link company (GLC).

In 1993, Dato’ Ar. Haji Mohtar was promoted to Manager in-charged of project implementation and in 1999 he was transferred to be in-charged of TNP Construction Sdn. Bhd a subsidiary of TNB company as Assistant General Manager. In 1999 he was responsible for the newly formed construction company of TNB Properties Sdn. Bhd and his main task was to turn around the company to become a profit centre. From 2001, he was back at TNB, HQ as an Architect in-charged of properties. He was a Senior Manager in 2002 before promoted to Head, Unit Renovation & Upgrades (Project Management).

In 2004, Dato’ Ar. Haji Mohtar as Head Special Project and Strategic Management implemented the first Thermal Energy Storage Air-Conditioning system in TNB Office Buildings and implemented the first Integrated Security Management System in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. From 2012 to date - Dato’ Ar. Haji Mohtar left TNB and become Founder and Principal Partner of MRA MOHTAR RAHMAD ARCHITECT to pursue his career as a full time businessman. To date MRA MOHTAR RAHMAD ARCHITECT has secured a few housing projects in Sungai Siput, Pengkalan hulu and Batu Gajah, Perak. He is a registered member of the Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia. (L.A.M.) and he is also an Accredited Auditor of 5 Star Health and Safety Management System.

Wan Rizal Ahmad Bin Dato' Seri Wan M. Isa

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wan Rizal Ahmad furthers his study after High School with Mara University Technology (UiTM) taking Diploma in Accounting in 2006. After that he further his study taking professional education in accounting field with Sunway College Ipoh taking Certified Accounting Technician (CAT-ACCA), a fundamental & intermediate level under Association of Chartered Certified Accountant, United Kingdom. He also obtained a UBS Accounting Certificate in 2009. In 2015, he furthers his study in Executive Master in Management, a twinning program between Asia E University (Malaysia) and Murdoch University (Australia).Currently, he pursuing his Chartered Accountant with CPA Australia.

With over 10 years of working experience, he starts his career with First Mobile Group Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary company of Samsung Malaysia) as a System Analyst in 2005. Then later working with Yaslam Sdn Bhd (A Class D License Contractor). After finish his study in accounting field, he practice his accounting skills at Spritzer Berhad (Manufacturing Mineral Water Bottle), later he joined Ikatan Tegap Sdn Bhd (A Mining Company) as a General Manager then later joined The Haven Premier Sdn Bhd (A 5 Star Hotel). Been appointed as a Director for Crystal Globe Sdn Bhd (A Trading Company) in 2012 and WRWI Event Management Sdn Bhd as Chief Executive Officer. He is also being appointed as a Financial Consultant to oversee and controlling financial flow transactions for a few Small Medium Company in Ipoh, Perak. Founded a few start-up business such as Corpotivo, Mowrass and Remac as well as The EcoHaus Sdn Bhd (Housing Development Company).

An Associate Member of Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) since 2016 and Council Member of Koperasi Waris & Kerabat Raja Negeri Perak Berhad. In 2015, he’s been appointed as Assistant Internal Auditor for Kelab Golf Kinta, Batu Gajah. He is also an Executive Councilor Committee for Malaysia Saudi Arabia Business Council in 2015.
